Digital downloads

Digital files are delivered electronically. You may cancel a digital download order within 14 days of purchase. This change-of-mind right ends once the download begins only if you expressly agreed to immediate delivery and acknowledged before purchase that you would lose the right to cancel.

If a file is faulty, does not match its description, or cannot be accessed, email us with your order number and a description of the problem. We will provide a working file or the remedy you are entitled to under UK consumer law.

Physical products and bundles

You may cancel a physical product order for any reason by contacting us within 14 days of receiving it. You then have another 14 days to send it back. Email us for return instructions and the return address.

For a change-of-mind return, you are responsible for the return postage. We will cover reasonable return costs if the item is faulty, damaged or does not match its description. We will refund the item and the applicable original standard delivery charge within 14 days of receiving the return or evidence that you sent it back. Your statutory rights for faulty goods still apply.
